Leading Net Zero at The Crown Estate

The Crown Estate is uniquely placed to support the nations journey to net zero. To achieve this they recognised the need to improve the understanding, confidence, and action taken by their operational managers and leaders. Working in partnership with an internal sustainability team, this meant designing and delivering a unique learning experience with a focus on increasing technical competence and the ability of audience to influence and communicate the challenge other stakeholders. The outcome was a bespoke and immersive management programme, underpinned by behavioural science, and delivered to 110 managers across the London estate.
