Based in the north of England and Wales, Total Fitness was shifting course with the appointment of a new CEO. To enable a new focus on people and customer, they needed to bring together 650 team members around a new set of organisational values and behaviours. This meant collaborating with the team to co-design these, whilst creating a toolkit for them to be launched and embedded across the organisation. In addition to the new values, the outcome included the design of an interactive live experience for 110 leaders and the launch pack for 15 clubs.
