Developing Leadership Essentials at TPXImpact

TPXImpact is a London digital transformation agency who needed to improve the capability and confidence of their team leaders, managers and senior leaders. With a diverse target audience of 140, this meant designing a bespoke experience which stretched the organisation's management capability and responded to declining levels of team engagement. The result was a multimodal leadership essentials programme, successfully delivered nationwide to 15 cohorts.
