[Overview]

The Crown Estate needed to improve the experience offered to their customers and visitors of the London Estate. In the face of declining NPS scores and with the unique challenge of working with third party suppliers, this meant engaging a culturally diverse group of 600 security guards, receptionists, technicians, cleaners, and central support teams in the estate's culture and customers to build a One Team approach. The outcome was a series of 35 immersive culture experiences delivered over 10 weeks, translated into three languages, and a compelling narrative showcasing and celebrating the individuals and unique properties that make up the estate.
