Leading Strategy at Foodbank Australia

Foodbank Australia is a national charity focused on improving food security. The aim of the consulting, design and facilitation support was to increase ownership of the organisations strategic plan throughout the senior team - starting with a workforce planning and insights report. The outcome was an interactive and exploratory strategic planning workshop with the CEO and senior team members, including the design of a focused action plan.
